Joe Biden has threatened Missouri school lunch funding in order to force a radical sexual ideology onto our children.
I let Springfield Public Schools know that Biden has no legal authority to hold our children’s lunches hostage.
After receiving our letter, SPS did not adopt the policy.
We’re fighting against President Biden’s federal bureaucrats running our schools.
We’re fighting to protect parents’ rights to have a say in the process.
After we filed suit against Joe Biden’s ridiculous rule, we got a federal court to clarify that the USDA rule is guidance. It is not a command.
It’s important that school board members and parents understand that.
The Biden administration has lied and told schools that they have no choice but to adopt a policy that may or may not be consistent with the parents-of-the-students’ values that go to that school.
That’s what Missouri is fighting against here.
